Affordability Policy

Before you complete a booking on our website, we ask you to make an affordability statement.

By ticking the affordability check box prior to booking, you are confirming that you will be able to afford the monthly payments due for the subscription package you have selected without creating undue financial hardship now and in the future.

How to check your affordability

If you are unsure that the subscription you have selected will be affordable, we recommend the following exercise:

  1. Add up all your existing monthly outgoings (e.g. finance repayments, rent/mortgage, insurance policies, direct debits, general expenditure and emergencies)
  2. Subtract this number from your post-tax income to work out your monthly disposable income

Is your monthly disposable income more than the cost of the subscription you have chosen?

We recommend that the subscription cost is less than 75% of your disposable income.
