What happens next?

📧 Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), you’ll receive a message to the email address provided with your temporary password to allow you to login to the Paua app.

📱 If you haven’t done so already now is a good time to download the Paua app from the App Store or Android Store.

🔑 When you receive your temporary password and login to the Paua app for the first time, we’ll make sure your elmo account is linked to your Paua account.
